Dr. Nichelle Henry is a survivor of Nurse Burnout experiencing the negative impact firsthand. After being a Nurse Manager, witnessing the severity of Nurse Burnout amongst her team and the lack of resources, Dr. Nichelle Henry decided to create a mentorship program for Nurses to overcome burnout and obtain clarity in their nursing career.
